Mr Rick Stokes  - CEO & Chairman  

Mr Stokes was appointed CEO of QRSciences in December of 2007.

Mr Stokes has been involved in the security industry for some 23 years where he has successfully developed and operated numerous contracting and distribution businesses.

Mr Stokes was the founder of Vicam CCTV Systems which revolutionised the supply and delivery of CCTV products in the Australian and New Zealand markets. The Vicam business was restructured and merged into the Pacific Communications business when it was aquired by the Hills Industries Group in 1998. The aquisition was orchestrated and managed by Rick who then, as General Manager, directed Pacific Communications to quickly become the region's market leader with turnover in excess of AUS$40 Million.

Mr Stokes has an extensive contact base at all levels of the security industry both locally and internationally and, through his vast experience, will enable QRSciences to expand into previously unchartered territory.

Mr Bob Halverson - Director

Mr Halverson joined QRSciences in August 2006 and has a long and distinguished career in the service of Australia. Firstly with the Royal Australian Air Force, then as a member of the Australian Federal Parliament and as Speaker of the House of Representatives, and more recently in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade as Australian Ambassador to Ireland and the Holy See.

Mr Halverson has considerable experience in the areas of government, international relations and finance. His experience complements the board in aviation and homeland security.

Mr Halverson is a Knight of the Order of Pius IX and holds an honorary doctorate from Victoria University.

 
Mr Kevin Russeth - Managing Director

Mr Russeth has been Managing Director of QRSciences since May 2002.

He has extensive experience in the international securities industry, primarily with global investment banks, and prior to his tenure at QRSciences was a Vice President with Salomon Smith Barney in Perth, Western Australia.  

Mr Russeth has worked with Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. He began his career with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Dallas, Texas, graduating from their internationally acknowledged systems engineer development program and subsequently specialised in systems engineering and software development for EDS.
